General Questions

Tour durations vary by package. The General Tour is approximately 1 hour, the Deluxe Tour runs 75–90 minutes, the Combo Package is a half or full-day experience, and the Premier Adventure is a full 6.5-hour expedition through multiple canyon sections.

Yes, we strongly recommend booking in advance, especially during peak season (March–November). Tours frequently sell out, and advance booking guarantees your preferred time slot and departure time.

Comfortable closed-toe walking shoes are required. We recommend sunscreen, water, and your camera. The canyon interior can be cool, so a light layer is helpful. All tour equipment is provided by your guide.

Yes! Our General Tour is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. The canyon floor is mostly flat with some ladder climbing. Please inform us of any mobility concerns at the time of booking so we can accommodate you appropriately.

Absolutely! Photography is one of the highlights of visiting Antelope Canyon. Our guides will show you the best spots and lighting angles to capture stunning images. Tripods are permitted on certain tours.

Cancellations made 72+ hours before your tour are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours receive a 50% refund. Tours cancelled due to weather (flash flood warnings) are fully refunded or rescheduled at no charge.

General & Deluxe FAQs

The Deluxe Tour includes extended canyon time, access to the Hozho Haza heritage site, and a complimentary meal at our on-site cafe. It's ideal for visitors who want a deeper, more immersive experience.

The standard General and Deluxe tours do not include transfer. We offer separate "General + Transfer" and "Deluxe + Transfer" packages that include round-trip hotel pickup from Page, AZ.

Both General and Deluxe tours run in small groups to ensure a personal, high-quality experience. Group sizes are kept intimate so every guest gets direct interaction with their guide.

The iconic light beams are most visible from late spring through mid-fall, typically between 10 AM and 1 PM. Our guides are expert at timing tours to maximize your chances of seeing them.

A complimentary meal at our on-site cafe is included with the Deluxe Tour. The General Tour does not include a meal, but our cafe is open to all visitors.

Combo Package FAQs

The Combo Package combines multiple canyon experiences — typically Lower Antelope Canyon plus additional canyon sections or nearby sites. It's available as either a half-day or full-day experience.

The Combo Package involves moderate walking across varying terrain. Comfortable closed-toe walking shoes are essential. Please inform us of any physical limitations at booking so we can plan appropriately.

The Combo Package is seasonal and subject to weather and trail conditions. Please check availability when booking. Peak availability is March through October.

The Combo Package is best suited for older children (10+) and adults who are comfortable with longer walks and some uneven terrain. Younger children are better suited to the General Tour.

Premier Adventure FAQs

The Premier Adventure is our most exclusive offering — a 6.5-hour guided expedition through multiple canyon sections with dedicated photography guidance, priority access, and a truly immersive cultural experience.

The Premier Adventure is ideal for serious photographers, photography enthusiasts, and anyone who wants the deepest possible canyon experience with maximum time inside and access to areas not available on standard tours.

Tripods, professional camera bodies, wide-angle and telephoto lenses are all permitted on the Premier tour. Your guide will work with you to find the optimal timing and position for each shot.

The Premier Adventure runs with very small groups or as a private tour to ensure exclusive access and the best possible photography conditions. Group size is strictly limited to maintain the quality of the experience.
